Looks Like We Made it!
Now the REAL work begins!
How’s everybody feeling? Did you come out the other side of the big Cosmic energetic weekend okay?
Recalibration is on-deck right now. As we (and Gaia) are in-process of recalibrating – the shifting, transforming, reforming, and alignments will be felt, seen, and heard.
Since we are in a transformational moment, a moment that will last a wee bit longer than just this last weekend, 🙂 it might be a little intense in the days to come. Some will be feeling more intensities than others. The issues, buried traumas, trapped emotions and all that fun stuff that has been covered and kept ‘secure’, locked away, is being forced to the surface.
We are being energetically pushed to release more of the old, what no longer serves, emotional baggage, etc. You can’t take it with you folks! Well, not if you raised your hand to ascend. In the ascension process there is continual clearing, cleaning-up, and healing that must take place. This is individual and as a collective, with Gaia.
The struggles will feel real for a lot of people that are in resistance. Most likely it will be emotional and physical because they kind-of go hand-in-hand. The ‘stories’ of inflammation will run rampant in the upcoming year(s) as old programming (3D matrix dissolving) and emotional/traumatic stuff wants to be healed, released, and purged. How many will tune-in and connect with the Divine to gain clarity about all-this will be unpredictable. Of course it will be… because we all have freedom of choice. We can hope that through the massive awakenings taking place – getting one’s self cleaned-up (on many levels) will continue raising the global consciousness higher; the unity consciousness will continue to rise. Some will be forced to do this, some will continue working/processing through this with a little more ease and grace. Everyone is walking their own path, at their own speed. Hopefully everyone’s journey on their healing path will be met with successful moments. These can and will build into even bigger and better moments. It’s all-encompassing too. The healing of one’s health can lead to healing in other areas of your life.
It is also true that there are many that will no longer want to ride this ride. Many will choose to leave. Ascension isn’t for everybody. It’s available to all but not all will choose it. This could cause a level of confusion, sadness and grief for those that don’t understand. We all have choices, conscious and unconscious, at a soul level, at a multidimensional level. Transformation, shifting and transitioning comes in many forms.
I am seeing quite a bit of ‘sickness’ happening right now and even in my own home. Cold and flu season used to be during the winter, now it seems to be all year ’round. It’s always a great idea to keep the immune system strong with vitamin C, vitamin D, and of course the B’s. Those are just some of the core essentials we should all be making sure we get in our daily life. Most of the basic nutrients, we need to live absolutely healthy lives, have been stripped from us and can be hard to come-by. You would think you are getting what you need from the food you eat. Sorry, that source has been so manipulated, even sterilized, over the years – they hardly have any value at all. From our soils to the seeds, the plants and the fruits they bare… not as nutritionally-dense as you might think. Supplementation is probably needed by most everyone these days. Supplements of good quality.
Along with the core vitamins, I’m a huge fan of Irish Sea Moss, turmeric, selenium, vitamin E, magnesium (just to name a few) as well as the many herbs/herbals/medicinal plants to aid my immune system and my over-all wellness and health. I am also a meditator, positive body-talker, chakra healer, exerciser, fresh air breather and pay attention to what I eat… eater (intuitive eating). These things add-up and have been keeping me healthy for years. Generally, I don’t get sick. When I do – I know there’s something more going on than what would be obvious at the ‘surface’. Energetically, emotionally, frequencies, a possible resistance, an integration that needs to happen; rest and self-care are most likely what needs to take place for me. It might be what a lot of people need, in general, too; that self-care stuff can be just a burden for some. I find that odd but it’s so true.
As we really get going into this year, and as the decade unfolds, the healing is going to be… so good! It will most likely be an interesting adventure to say the least. As this monumental decade – of building the foundation for new earth – begins to anchor and take hold, some things will have to be cleared. The negativity, dark dense matter, corrupt systems, ‘slavery’ type systems (money/finance, health/big pharma, corporations/government) will be at the fore front of shake-ups, purging, exposure, turmoil and rough waters ahead. These things cannot exist on new earth, if it’s a 3D matrix program, it’s just not going to survive the way it has been. The transformations that will occur aren’t just for us humans individually, it’s also globally, as a planet and a consciousness; it’s for Gaia too. She’s purging as well.

Seriously, there will be – if you open up and allow the integration, assimilation, recalibration, and the adjustments that are happening energetically. I like to say this a lot – take care of yourself. Really… take good care! The shifting and new energies coming in (for us) aren’t going to slow down. If you feel like things are speeding up in your life – it’s because they are. Don’t stress over what time it is and you didn’t get what-ever done. Does it really, truly matter?
You matter. Your health matters. Your connection to the Divine matters. The love in your heart matters. The light that you are matters. The true authentic relationships matter. There just seems to be some more important things to focus on than… whatever that lower vibrational stress-thing is. I’m just sayin’…

The 11th
Since the big 11-11 of 2011 we have been blessed with this yearly portal for our continued awakening and ascension. This one is no exception. This one will be more amazing than the last. They keep building!
I know that around that 2011 portal of 11-11 I sensed a noticeable shift within myself. It may have even been before that. Maybe I was becoming more aware. Looking back, at that time, I couldn’t put my finger on what exactly it was. But the following year of 2012, leading up to my actual life-shifting awakening, I feel that my consciousness was most likely preparing. Or maybe my sub-conscious preparing me…
What ever was going on I found myself looking for things to read that I normally wouldn’t choose first. Esoteric, metaphysical, vibrational and frequencies, quantum stuff, Universal laws (like law of attraction for example). Finding this all interesting for sure. What I did with it… not much. Just finding it – interesting. It was… prep work and educational.
Here it is, now, eight linear 11-11’s later and I feel this portal getting stronger with each passing year. I certainly do more than just reading these days. I am looking forward to the one that finally beams-me-up! Hahahaha! 🙂 Seriously though…
This year’s portal – I am giving it the reverence it deserves by doing meditation and some deep inner-work (always with the inner-work). I know that I have already stepped onto a higher-vibrational Divine 5D timeline for myself. I will most definitely be hanging out with my future self and collaborating for the here and now. If this is sounding multi-dimensional it’s because it is! As you open to higher consciousness, come from a loving heart-space, and connect with your higher-self; your ‘team’ of love and light, and with the Divine, Source, God… you are working towards your multidimensional self, your true authentic soul-self. The one-ness.
The fun is just getting started. I still have a LOT of work to do… a LOT! But as I learn, grow and evolve into my next step, my higher-vibration, my higher-consciousness – things have begun to lighten for me in some places and spaces within this 3D world. Yes, there is validation in that. There’s nothing wrong with observing validation. Our human mind loves marking things ‘done’ (witnessed) on its mental check-list. Right?
Happy portal day! This one is going to be super-cool in the fact that we have the Mercury transit/eclipse happening. What a fun layer added to all the energies happening! Take some time for yourself. Enjoy these frequencies, the energies, the Divine love! If you can spend even a couple of minutes outside and/or gazing out at our beautiful Solar-sunshine I would recommend it! The Gaia/Sun connection is powerful and so good for you! The All-of-YOU! 🙂 ❤

The 8-8 of 2019
I will be spending the wonderful Lions Gate portal day, and the weekend that follows – out camping and truly being in nature. Super-excited to be playing, enjoying, un-plugging, grounding-in, sleeping on… Gaia for this particular weekend. Icing on the cake: I’m with my hubby and our amazing kiddos! ❤
I’ll be staring up at the night skies and enjoying all the beautiful stars/starlight! I will be allowing and directing-in all them energies, frequencies, codes and activations for the next level fun!
I hope everyone has the opportunity to spend their gate-way time out in nature too; in some form or another. Happy Sirian/Sirius day, happy Lions Gateway.

*Update*
Not much star gazing while camping – we had a rainy weekend. BUT the thunder and lightening storm (that came through Friday night) was really cool (even though it soaked us!). Sleeping/laying on the ground while lightening struck near by was… actually kind-of cool. I could feel these (shock) waves run through my body. The energy was, what I can only describe as, cleansing. I felt like I was having ‘stuff’ zapped right out and off of me. That – hard to describe – crack and snap that you can feel in your body when the ground is vibrating… I was feeling that.
I don’t recommend being out in any lightening storm. But we were there, camping in it. If it got too close for comfort – we were heading for our truck. But we stayed safe. I doubled-up ‘security’ by asking AA Michael to watch over us.
I felt and utilized this shock-therapy 🙂 to remove anything that no longer serves, anything that isn’t mine, what’s not for my greatest and highest good… I worked with it. The next morning – I felt lighter! I felt pretty good. That’s saying a lot when the sleeping wasn’t very good to begin with!
Yup, I went into this camp trip with some ideas of what I thought I wanted to do (or what was going to happen)! The Universe had a different plan… I went with it and had an adaptation of intention(s). Unique, and will probably never be duplicated again! It was rare, it was interesting, it was cleansing, and it was an experience! ❤ 🙂
Procrastination
On this energetic day of 2’s…
I just wanted to post a quote that became an instant favorite of mine.
It’s from Abraham Hicks, and it just resonated with me… it brought a smile to my face; as those who know me – know I can be a chronic-procrastinator. Well, maybe ‘chronic’ is too harsh of a word because it’s not all the time. I have moments or blocks-of-time where I seem to be more procrastinating than others. I’ve even openly admitted this in my writings here.
Procrastination, in my life (and probably for most), has a 3D label surrounding it: ‘lazy’. I always found that to be an irritating way to try to describe something that one just doesn’t have the deepest desire to do (right away). It’s not like I don’t want to do it… it’s just that I don’t have the energies to deal with it at that time (whatever that may be). I have always had an interesting relationship with ‘procrastination’ and I know this is part of my healing journey here.
My inner-knowing has always been letting me know that… it just isn’t really that important at this time. While those around me – the ones who think time is actually real (thinking linear) – feel I should be getting all things done, and getting them done yesterday! 🙂 I don’t let their issues with procrastination bother me. Because, really, it’s also about perception of what procrastination is (individually).
So, yes, I know this is ‘self-inflicted’ and I’m working through this area/issue – while I work-on and clean-up my childhood wounds. And… as I do-this… the quick little quote from Abraham Hicks explains it well:
What is the definition of procrastination?
It means: I can feel within my energy sensor that this action is not in perfect alignment at this time!

2-19 This Full Moon Is SUPER
Full Snow Super-Moon! Big bright beautiful moon!
Absolutely gorgeous – it has been, yes. The nights leading up to the super-moon – radiant; powerful, awe-inspiring, yes! (Insert your best Yoda impersonation here)
I can’t sleep because it has been so bright. But then I realize… I kind-of don’t want to! My mind-body-spirit connection has been on high-alert; basically since the new year started. When I say high-alert – I am meaning: in-tune like never before. The things going on now are a whole-nuther level UP from, even, last year!
This new earth energy has me firing up some cylinders that I didn’t even know I had. Ya, there are a couple of rusty-cylinders that I have been consistently scrubbing, cleaning, and buffing with the inner-knowing of bringing them back to full-‘life’-potential but this journaling isn’t about that… at least I don’t think it is. Maybe it is! Ahhh, these are also confusing times. What exactly is it that I am doing? Or supposed to be doing? I can get a little A.D.D. and feel like I am all over the place – all while trying to get with the grips of this new reality, the new earth, the 5D and ascension that is upon us.
These continual non-stop ascension activities are messing with some stuff. I’m not sure if ‘messing’ is the right term though. I (like most all of us) was living in a cloud for so long, a haze of programmed ways of thinking, believing, processing, and just assuming that ‘this is real’; when technically – it was not.
THIS… this ‘now’ is not really ‘messing’ with stuff – if it was never real to begin with. It just appears that way. That is the ego-mind/monkey-mind trying to organize and process what it doesn’t even understand or comprehend.
The 3D is dissolving, I guess this is what is getting ‘messed with’. It’s letting go of the old, and learning or re-learning/remembering, how to adjust with all the newly integrated 5D+. It can feel a little crazy-tired-and-wired all at the same time. For example… right now – I am super tired! I am physically exhausted but my higher consciousness is wanting to gobble-up so much new information right now! It is wanting me to keep gradually pressing down on that gas pedal. I then find myself bypassing sleep mode for reading, reading, reading, listening, listening, listening, writing, writing, writing; and repeat! Physically pooped… mentally awake and spiritually-‘hyper-active’! This happens quite frequently for me! It reminds me of the scene in the movie ‘The Matrix’ when Neo gets hooked up to learn – and learns Kung Fu, for example. He wants to know: more!
There’s a constant download of all-things-new; new discoveries, new information, new perspectives. It’s not actually new 🙂 but it is to me! This has been my ride since my awakening. I have moments when things slow down; I take some time for self-care: I integrate, I assimilate, adjust and work on my alignment. I have chunks of time where all I want to do is meditate and sleep. Just enough, apparently, before I go through another round of feeling the high energies, absorbing, learning, opening up to Pure Source wisdom, receiving downloads, frequencies, light, and healing energies. Mentally jazzed and excited and going probably a little too fast for the physical body to keep up. It’s a cycle I see myself easily getting caught up in, but I recognize it and remind myself – it’s time to take a nap! Slow down – you can get right back into it after some rest. Right now, though, I am binging on all this fun new stuff!! Things are, literally, changing daily! This really ‘lights the fires and kicks the tires’…
This super-full-moon is just more energies in the mix that is: my life (maybe yours too)! All these full moon’s we have been having at ‘zero degrees’ is culminating it all into this amazing zero set point right now. It is a full-on energetic-high-vibrational time. I have been feeling it continually amping-up. And from what I am understanding – there’s no slowing down any time soon. Along with Gaia, we all have a lot of clearing/shifting to do in order to reach our highest potential(s).
Full moons are great for clearing, releasing, and healing! You gotta clean out the ‘old’ so all your ‘new’ has a place to go/be/do! Good bye 3D! Hello 5D, you can come on in… 3D was just leaving! 🙂
I heart DNA Upgrades!
The DNA upgrades are continuing on. Yes, of course they are!
The last couple of weeks I have been having some re-wiring going on and I have been noticing them, acknowledging them, observing them all while giving them the love, care, and space-for-assimilation needed.
As I have been clearing out my ‘old’ – I make way to let my ‘new’ keep coming in. New light-body… I can feel the rebuilding happening. It’s subtle for the most part. There are moments of intensity – but they seem fairly quick and not as intensely-intrusive as they used to be. My early days required a shake-up, I guess. When it’s new and misunderstood – it can be a bit jarring at times. Not to say that I am done having those… I have NO idea! I am just noticing that they seem to be a little less disruptive. Discovering (and then applying) that I can be and should be working with these activations was a game-changer for me. I have opted for the light-body DNA upgrading to be done with ease and grace. Ask for it. Command it. This is something we all can do. It doesn’t have to be a jarring, scary, freak-out type of transmissional-activity. It took me a couple of these ‘sudden bursts’ of weirdness to realize… it’s okay, I’m okay! And that I can be ‘with’ it, in love and gratitude, while things are happening.
I would cross-reference my upgrade-activation-activities with something I would later read (or hear) about. Guided to by my higher-self because it’s what I needed. It is validating and has a tendency to ease the monkey-mind. After a couple of these teachable moments (ah, yes, always learning!) I have become confident that the goings-on’s with my physical body, that just aren’t considered ‘normal’, are light-body re-wirings/upgrades. It helps when you have a pretty-good knowing or relationship with/about your body, or body-awareness, in general. I feel that having the connection, which I do have with my physical body, has helped me recognize, know, and understand (or cognize) a little quicker – than someone who probably has no connection with their bodies.
I have recently had the experience of my eyes and vision being ‘worked-on’; the re-wiring and upgrading. It happens… well, whenever it wants to! Once you open up to receive and allow your DNA to be upgraded – your physical body will follow suit (haha… pun intended… because our bodies are our human-suits!… anyway…) 🙂 My eyes decided to give me a blurry/wavy peripheral vision. Clear and sharp straight ahead, wavy and pulsing in my peripheral. It was interesting to just witness this. Tunnel vision? In a really weird way!
About a minute in (when I realized this ‘thing’ was not stopping) I asked: what is happening? And then my vision began to vibrate. It had… a pulsing sensation that I have never experienced before. This vision-work lasted a couple of minutes at various levels of what I can only describe as: bizarre. At one point it was like I was looking under water. I decided to close my eyes and just be in the moment. Feeling it while also visualizing being wrapped in Divine light and love. It was calming. I was calm. Within just a couple of minutes the adjustment was done.
You can resist or you can be at peace. I am knowing that being at peace is w-a-y smoother and easier than resisting! Some upgrade-adjustments could be doozies or they might be gentle. Everyone is different and we all have various ‘things’ we need to unload and clear in order for the new light and frequencies to come-on-in and make themselves at home. You also need to actually want that! Just because there is constant activity (right now) of becoming 5D/crystalline you do have the option, the choice, to accept or deny the change and wanting to be here, to experience it, to evolve.
For those of us that choose to stay, want to stay, and want to experience expansion; give permission to upgrade – and you will! Consciously or sub-consciously it works either way. I do feel that those that are choosing sub-consciously will have a lot more slaps-in-the-face and gut-punches than those who are choosing at the conscious level. If you don’t understand that your higher self/soul has chosen to integrate into the new earth paradigm – you might have some bigger struggles. You consciously don’t know or understand that you need to shake off and clear out a lot of old gunk. Things aren’t working the way they once did, people might be irritating you on a different level, and relationships are morphing into something that you can’t quite put your finger on. The change, whatever it may be, is signaling you, or them. There’s so many dynamics to awakening and the ascension process(es) that there is no one right answer or one-size-fits-all right now. But whatever it is that’s coming up, or keeps coming up, for you – it’s giving you a chance right now to open up those sleepy-eyes and look around! Wakey, wakey… eggs and bakey! There will be no more ‘hitting the snooze button’… it is time to wake up, get up, and get going! 5D has already begun!
I know there was a lot of clearing, for me, in 2018. There will probably be more clearing this year too. I don’t know how long it will take me to get all these ‘onion-layers’ peeled. I do know that each time I do clear what no longer serves me, clear cords and attachments, clear the lower vibrational stuff, clear-clear-clear… it’s allowing more light! More Divine light and higher vibrational consciousness! More-more-more! It feels good – and it should!
